Secretarial Executive
Working Location：Taman gaya,Johor Bahru | Bayan Baru, Penang | Kuchai Lama, KL
Job Responsibilities:
- To assist in incorporating new company for clients
- To prepare resolution, minutes, and statutory document for client’s companies
- To arrange submission of document to SSM
- Other task assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Business Management, Corporate Management or equivalent.
- Require language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for these positions.
- Preferably MAICSA member or equivalent.
